The certificate of registration referred to in Article 417, respectively Article 429 of Book 1 of the Civil Code, shall state the data mentioned in Article 61 of this Decree insofar as they appear from the court order. In the case of Article 417, the day on which the missing person (vermiste) was established to be missing shall be deemed the date of death.
De akte van inschrijving bedoeld in artikel 417, onderscheidenlijk artikel 429 van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek vermeldt de gegevens genoemd in artikel 61 van dit besluit voor zover die uit de beschikking blijken. Als dag van overlijden geldt, in het geval van artikel 417, de dag waarop de vermissing van de betrokkene is vastgesteld.
