The subsequent entry of a deed of acknowledgement executed outside the Netherlands, or of a judicial decision rendered outside the Netherlands declaring well-founded the denial of paternity or maternity arising by virtue of marriage or registered partnership (geregistreerd partnerschap) or the annulment of an acknowledgement, shall state the data mentioned in Article 49, paragraph 3, or Article 51, insofar as these can be derived from the document to be registered.
De latere vermelding van een buiten Nederland opgemaakte akte van erkenning, dan wel van een buiten Nederland gedane rechterlijke uitspraak houdende gegrondverklaring van de ontkenning van het door het huwelijk of geregistreerd partnerschap ontstane vaderschap of moederschap of vernietiging van de erkenning, vermeldt, voor zover deze aan het in te schrijven stuk kunnen worden ontleend, de in de artikelen 49, derde lid, of 51 genoemde gegevens.
