In the heading of each extract, the word "The Netherlands" followed by the letters (NL) as well as the word "extract" shall be stated, followed by the type and the number of the deed to which the extract relates.
At the foot of each copy or extract, the data referred to in Article 26, paragraph 3, shall be included.
In het hoofd van elk uittreksel worden het woord "Nederland" gevolgd door de letters (NL) alsmede het woord "uittreksel" vermeld, gevolgd door de soort en het nummer van de akte waarop het uittreksel betrekking heeft.
Aan de voet van elk afschrift of uittreksel worden de in artikel 26, derde lid, genoemde gegevens opgenomen.
