The municipality shall provide the registrars of the civil status with office space as well as all material facilities required for the proper performance of their duties. The salary of the personnel necessary to assist the registrars of the civil status shall be borne by the municipality.
De gemeente verschaft de ambtenaren van de burgerlijke stand kantoorruimte alsmede alle materiële voorzieningen welke voor een behoorlijke uitoefening van hun taak vereist zijn. Het salaris van het personeel, nodig om de ambtenaren van de burgerlijke stand bij te staan, komt ten laste van de gemeente.
