In the deeds, with the exception of the following, nothing may be expressed by abbreviation.
In the certificates and the subsequent entries, dates shall be indicated in figures by stating the day, the month, and the year in succession. The first nine days of the month and the first nine months of the year shall be indicated by the figures 01 up to and including 09.
The day of birth in a birth certificate and the day of death in a death certificate shall also be expressed in letters. Insofar as subsequent entries contain a correction of a day of birth or death, such day shall also be expressed in letters.
When the hour is expressed in a deed or a subsequent entry, this shall be done according to a twenty-four-hour day format.
The gender is indicated by the text "F (female)" and "M (male)".
The designation of a place shall in any event include the mention of the municipality.
In de akten mag, behoudens het navolgende, niets bij verkorting worden uitgedrukt.
In de akten en de latere vermeldingen worden data in cijfers aangegeven door achtereenvolgens de dag, de maand en het jaar te vermelden. De eerste negen dagen van de maand en de eerste negen maanden van het jaar worden aangegeven door de cijfers 01 tot en met 09.
De dag van geboorte in een geboorteakte en de dag van overlijden in een overlijdensakte worden tevens in letters uitgedrukt. Voor zover latere vermeldingen een verbetering inhouden van een dag van geboorte of overlijden, wordt ook deze tevens in letters uitgedrukt.
Wanneer in een akte of een latere vermelding het uur wordt uitgedrukt, geschiedt dit naar een dagindeling in vierentwintig uren.
Het geslacht wordt aangegeven door de tekst "F (vrouwelijk)" en "M (mannelijk)".
De aanduiding van een plaats omvat in elk geval de vermelding van de gemeente.
