Article 9
in forceThis decree shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 2003. If the Bulletin of Acts and Decrees (Staatsblad) in which this decree is published is issued after 31 December 2002, it shall enter into force with effect from the day following the date of issue of the Bulletin of Acts and Decrees in which it is published, and shall have retroactive effect up to and including 1 January 2003.
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2003. Indien het Staatsblad waarin dit besluit wordt geplaatst, wordt uitgegeven na 31 december 2002, treedt het in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst, en werkt het terug tot en met 1 januari 2003.
