Article I
in forceBy way of derogation from Article 12, paragraph 2, of the Decree on Rental Prices for Residential Accommodation (Besluit huurprijzen woonruimte), the maximum rental price limits applicable under that Decree shall be amended on 1 July 2024 by the ratio of the average of the consumer price index from January 2023 up to and including June 2023 to the average of the consumer price index from January 2022 up to and including June 2022 multiplied by 6/12, on the understanding that the amounts calculated on that basis shall be rounded up to the nearest whole euro cent.
In afwijking van artikel 12, tweede lid, van het Besluit huurprijzen woonruimte worden op 1 juli 2024 de krachtens dat besluit geldende maximale huurprijsgrenzen gewijzigd met de verhouding van het gemiddelde van de consumentenprijsindex van januari 2023 tot en met juni 2023 tot het gemiddelde van de consumentenprijsindex van januari 2022 tot en met juni 2022 maal 6/12, met dien verstande dat de op basis daarvan berekende bedragen naar boven worden afgerond op hele eurocenten.
