Article 4
in forceThe protection of this Convention shall apply, even if the conditions of Article 3 are not fulfilled, to:
authors of cinematographic works the maker of which has his headquarters or habitual residence in one of the countries of the Union;
authors of works of architecture erected in a country of the Union or of other artistic works incorporated in a building or other structure located in a country of the Union.
Krachtens deze Conventie genieten bescherming, zelfs indien de in artikel 3 bedoelde voorwaarden niet zijn vervuld:
auteurs van cinematografische werken waarvan de producent zijn zetel of zijn gewone verblijfplaats in een van de landen van de Unie heeft;
scheppers van bouwwerken die gebouwd zijn in een land van de Unie of auteurs van werken van grafische en plastische kunst die één geheel vormen met een gebouw gelegen in een land van de Unie.
