1.
The treatment shall be provided by the institution. If a part of the treatment cannot be performed by the institution, the head of the institution shall ensure that this is carried out by a qualified third party.

The head of the institution shall ensure that the treatment takes place in accordance with the nursing and treatment plan.

De behandeling vindt plaats vanwege de instelling. Indien een gedeelte van de behandeling niet vanwege de instelling kan worden verricht, draagt het hoofd van de instelling zorg dat dit door een daartoe gekwalificeerde derde kan geschieden.
2.
Het hoofd van de instelling draagt zorg dat de behandeling overeenkomstig het verplegings- en behandelingsplan plaatsvindt.
