If a person is represented, the body competent to decide on the objection or appeal shall in any event send the documents relating to the case to the authorized representative.
Indien iemand zich laat vertegenwoordigen, zendt het orgaan dat bevoegd is op het bezwaar of beroep te beslissen, de op de zaak betrekking hebbende stukken in ieder geval aan de gemachtigde.
