The objection or appeal does not suspend the operation of the decision against which it is directed, unless provided otherwise by or pursuant to a statutory provision.
Het bezwaar of beroep schorst niet de werking van het besluit waartegen het is gericht, tenzij bij of krachtens wettelijk voorschrift anders is bepaald.
