Article 3:21

This paragraph applies to resolutions in respect of which this is provided:
by statutory provision, or
by decision of the administrative bodies competent to take those decisions.
This paragraph does not apply to decisions as referred to in Article 4:21, paragraph 2, or in respect of which a period has been established by or pursuant to a statutory provision, after the expiry of which a decision is made on applications submitted during that period.
Deze paragraaf is van toepassing op besluiten ten aanzien waarvan dit is bepaald:
bij wettelijk voorschrift, of
bij besluit van de tot het nemen van die besluiten bevoegde bestuursorganen.
Deze paragraaf is niet van toepassing op besluiten als bedoeld in artikel 4:21, tweede lid, of ten aanzien waarvan bij of krachtens wettelijk voorschrift een periode is vastgesteld, na afloop waarvan wordt beslist op aanvragen die in die periode zijn ingediend.
