The administrative authority shall promote that an applicant is notified of other decisions to be taken upon application which the administrative authority can reasonably assume are necessary for the activity to be performed by the applicant.
In the notification, the following shall in any case be stated per decision:
name and address of the administrative authority competent to take the decision;
pursuant to which statutory provision the decision is taken.
Het bestuursorgaan bevordert dat een aanvrager in kennis wordt gesteld van andere op aanvraag te nemen besluiten waarvan het bestuursorgaan redelijkerwijs kan aannemen dat deze nodig zijn voor de door de aanvrager te verrichten activiteit.
Bij de kennisgeving wordt per besluit in ieder geval vermeld:
naam en adres van het bestuursorgaan, bevoegd tot het nemen van het besluit;
krachtens welk wettelijk voorschrift het besluit wordt genomen.
