Investigative officers may at all times, for the purpose of investigating offences punishable under this Act, demand access to all documents or other data carriers of which access is reasonably necessary for the performance of their duties, from those who, in the exercise of their profession or business, import, transit, export, publish or reproduce works of literature, science or art.
De opsporingsambtenaren kunnen te allen tijde tot het opsporen van bij deze wet strafbaar gestelde feiten inzage vorderen van alle bescheiden of andere gegevensdragers waarvan inzage voor de vervulling van hun taak redelijkerwijze nodig is, bij hen die in de uitoefening van hun beroep of bedrijf werken van letterkunde, wetenschap of kunst invoeren, doorvoeren, uitvoeren, openbaar maken of verveelvoudigen.
