The preliminary relief judge may, upon the claim of the author or his successor in title, permit the temporary continuation of the alleged infringement on the condition that security is provided for the compensation of the damage suffered by the author or his successor in title. Under the same conditions, the court may permit the continuation of the provision of services by the intermediary as referred to in Article 26d.
De voorzieningenrechter kan op vordering van de maker of zijn rechtverkrijgende tijdelijke voortzetting van de vermeende inbreuk toestaan onder de voorwaarde dat zekerheid wordt gesteld voor vergoeding van de door de maker of zijn rechtverkrijgende geleden schade. Onder dezelfde voorwaarden kan de rechter voortzetting van de dienstverlening door de tussenpersoon als bedoeld in artikel 26d toestaan.
