No administrative fine shall be imposed if an act that is in conflict with this Act or the provisions based thereon also constitutes a criminal offence as referred to in Article 11:3.
Geen bestuurlijke boete wordt opgelegd, indien een gedraging die in strijd is met deze wet of de daarop berustende bepalingen, tevens een strafbaar feit als bedoeld in artikel 11:3 oplevert.
