In addition to Article 49, the Social Insurance Bank (Sociale verzekeringsbank) may request the pension beneficiary or his legal representative to demonstrate that:
the pension beneficiary is a pension beneficiary as referred to in Article 9, paragraph 1, point (a);
the actual residential situation of the pensioner is in accordance with the address provided by him or his legal representative.
In order to provide him with the opportunity to do so, the Social Insurance Bank may, upon such requests, offer to enter the dwelling of the pension beneficiary with the consent of the pension beneficiary or his legal representative.
In aanvulling op artikel 49 kan de Sociale verzekeringsbank de pensioengerechtigde of zijn wettelijke vertegenwoordiger verzoeken aan te tonen dat:
de pensioengerechtigde een pensioengerechtigde is als bedoeld in artikel 9, eerste lid, onderdeel a;
de feitelijke woonsituatie van de pensioengerechtigde in overeenstemming is met het door hem dan wel zijn wettelijke vertegenwoordiger verstrekte adres.
Teneinde hem daartoe in de gelegenheid te stellen kan de Sociale verzekeringsbank bij die verzoeken aanbieden met de toestemming van de pensioengerechtigde dan wel zijn wettelijke vertegenwoordiger de woning van de pensioengerechtigde binnen te treden.
