Once a year, the holiday allowance shall be paid out ex officio.
The payment referred to in the previous paragraph shall take place in the month of May and shall include the holiday allowance to which there was an entitlement over the period of twelve months preceding the month of May.
The holiday allowance shall be paid without this having been determined by administrative decision.
Eenmaal per jaar vindt ambtshalve uitbetaling van de vakantie-uitkering plaats.
De in het vorige lid bedoelde uitbetaling vindt plaats in de maand mei en omvat de vakantie-uitkering, waarop recht bestond over de periode van twaalf maanden, voorafgaande aan de maand mei.
De vakantie-uitkering wordt betaald zonder dat dit bij beschikking is vastgesteld.
