A claim of the Social Insurance Bank (Sociale verzekeringsbank) as referred to in Articles 24 and 25 is a preferred claim and ranks immediately after the claims referred to in Article 288 of Book 3 of the Civil Code.
Een vordering van de Sociale verzekeringsbank als bedoeld in de artikelen 24 en 25 is bevoorrecht en volgt onmiddellijk na de vorderingen, bedoeld in artikel 288 van Boek 3 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek.
