Rates

Hodak Legal works with the following hourly rates as a basis for their services. These rates vary based on staff experience and type of case, with the following aspects being important:

• International aspect
• Specific expertise or legal complexity
• Urgency of the case
• Nature of the business and/or type of client

The basic rates are as follows:

• Junior associate: €175 – €195
• Experienced associate: €195 – €225
• Partner: €250 – €275

All prices mentioned are excluding 21% VAT and are subject to annual adjustment.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, Hodak Legal is willing to provide a cost estimate or quotation in advance, which may lead to a fixed price agreement.
