Rates

Hodak Legal applies a tiered fee structure based on the experience of the legal professionals involved and the complexity of the matter. When determining the final fee, the following factors are taken into account:

• International aspects of the assignment
• Required specialist knowledge or legal complexity
• Urgency and time sensitivity
• Nature of the business and/or type of client

Within this structure, different categories of professionals are engaged, including junior lawyers, experienced staff, and partners. Each category has its own base rate.

All fees are quoted excluding VAT and may be reviewed periodically.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, Hodak Legal can provide a preliminary cost estimate or price indication. In some cases, this may lead to a fixed-fee agreement.
