A health insurer shall provide to Our Minister the information requested by him for the purposes of the policy to be pursued in the field of public health.
The information to be provided by a Wlz executive body to a healthcare insurer for the implementation of this article, pursuant to Article 89, paragraph 1, may also concern data concerning health as referred to in Article 4, point 15, of the General Data Protection Regulation.
For the purpose of the provision pursuant to the first paragraph, a health insurer shall not process any personal data other than those it has processed pursuant to Articles 86, 87, 88 or 89, including processed data concerning health as referred to in Article 4, point 15, of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The information to be provided to Our Minister pursuant to the first paragraph shall not contain any data by which a natural person can be identified, directly or indirectly.
Our Minister shall not process any other data by means of which he can identify a natural person, directly or indirectly, on the basis of the information to be provided pursuant to the first paragraph.
Een zorgverzekeraar verstrekt aan Onze Minister de door hem verzochte informatie ten behoeve van het te voeren beleid op het gebied van de volksgezondheid.
De door een Wlz-uitvoerder op grond van artikel 89, eerste lid, aan een zorgverzekeraar voor de uitvoering van dit artikel te verstrekken informatie kan ook gegevens over gezondheid als bedoeld in artikel 4, onderdeel 15, van de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming, betreffen.
Een zorgverzekeraar verwerkt ten behoeve van de verstrekking op grond van het eerste lid geen andere persoonsgegevens dan hij op grond van de artikelen 86, 87, 88 of 89 heeft verwerkt, waaronder verwerkte gegevens over gezondheid als bedoeld in artikel 4, onderdeel 15, van de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming.
De aan Onze Minister op grond van het eerste lid te verstrekken informatie bevat geen gegevens waarmee hij een natuurlijk persoon direct of indirect kan identificeren.
Onze Minister verwerkt geen andere gegevens waarmee hij op basis van de op grond van het eerste lid te verstrekken informatie een natuurlijk persoon direct dan wel indirect kan identificeren.
