An insurer that wrongfully offers or executes an insurance as a health insurance is obliged to compensate the damage that an insured person or the person who has insured him suffers as a consequence thereof.
Een verzekeraar die ten onrechte een verzekering als zorgverzekering aanbiedt of uitvoert, is gehouden de schade die een verzekeringsplichtige of degene die hem heeft verzekerd dientengevolge lijdt, te vergoeden.
