If an insured person upon whom the administrative fine referred to in Article 9b has been imposed is not yet insured within the period referred to in Article 9b, paragraph 5, the CAK shall impose another administrative fine upon him or, if he is a minor, upon the person exercising authority over him.
Article 9b, paragraphs two up to and including four, shall apply.
The administrative fine notice, as referred to in the first paragraph, shall be accompanied by an order requiring the person subject to the insurance obligation to be insured under a healthcare insurance policy within three months after the dispatch of the order, in default of which the CAK shall apply Article 9d.
The fines referred to in this article and in Article 9b shall be paid into the State Treasury.
Indien een verzekeringsplichtige aan wie de boete, bedoeld in artikel 9b, is opgelegd, niet binnen de termijn, bedoeld in artikel 9b, vijfde lid, alsnog verzekerd is, legt het CAK hem dan wel, indien hij minderjarig is, degene die het gezag over hem uitoefent nogmaals een bestuurlijke boete op.
Artikel 9b, tweede tot en met vierde lid, zijn van toepassing.
De boetebeschikking, bedoeld in het eerste lid, gaat vergezeld van een last, inhoudende dat de verzekeringsplichtige binnen drie maanden na de verzending van de last alsnog krachtens een zorgverzekering verzekerd dient te zijn, bij gebreke waarvan het CAK artikel 9d zal toepassen.
De in dit artikel en in artikel 9b bedoelde boeten worden in ’s Rijks kas gestort.
