Article 75l

In deviation from Article 7:4, paragraph 1, of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht), interested parties in a dispute as referred to in Article 75j may still submit further documents during the hearing.
In deviation from Article 7:4, paragraph 2, of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht), and with due observance of the other articles of this paragraph, in a dispute as referred to in Article 75j, the notice of objection and all further documents relating to the case shall be:
sent to interested parties prior to the hearing, or
laid for inspection by interested parties at least two days prior to the hearing.
In afwijking van artikel 7:4, eerste lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht kunnen belanghebbenden in een geschil als bedoeld in artikel 75j nog tijdens het horen nadere stukken indienen.
In afwijking van artikel 7:4, tweede lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, en met inachtneming van de overige artikelen van deze paragraaf, worden in een geschil als bedoeld in artikel 75j het bezwaarschrift en alle verder op de zaak betrekking hebbende stukken:
voorafgaand aan het horen aan belanghebbenden gezonden, dan wel
ten minste twee dagen voorafgaand aan de hoorzitting voor belanghebbenden ter inzage gelegd.
