Where a person has their domicile and where a legal person has its seat shall be determined according to the circumstances.

For the application of the first paragraph, vessels which have their home port within the Netherlands shall be considered part of the Netherlands.

Waar iemand woont en waar een lichaam gevestigd is, wordt naar de omstandigheden beoordeeld.
2.
Voor de toepassing van het eerste lid worden schepen die binnen Nederland hun thuishaven hebben, beschouwd als deel van Nederland.
