The supervisory authority may, by way of derogation from Article 31 or 32, impose an administrative fine of at most twice the amount of the benefit that the offender has obtained through the infringement.
De toezichthoudende autoriteit kan in afwijking van artikel 31 of 32 een bestuurlijke boete opleggen van ten hoogste tweemaal het bedrag van het voordeel dat de overtreder door de overtreding heeft verkregen.
