The supervision of compliance with the rules laid down by or pursuant to this Act is entrusted to the persons designated by decision of the supervisory authority. Notice of that decision shall be given by publication in the Government Gazette (Staatscourant).
By way of derogation from the first paragraph, the dean, as referred to in Article 45a, first paragraph, of the Advocatenwet (Advocates Act), is charged with the supervision of compliance with the rules laid down by or pursuant to this Act.
Met het toezicht op de naleving van de bij of krachtens deze wet gestelde regels zijn belast de bij besluit van de toezichthoudende autoriteit aangewezen personen. Van dat besluit wordt mededeling gedaan door plaatsing in de Staatscourant.
In afwijking van het eerste lid, is de deken, bedoeld in artikel 45a, eerste lid, van de Advocatenwet, belast met het toezicht op de naleving van de bij of krachtens deze wet gestelde regels.
