Without prejudice to Article 23, paragraph 1, an institution shall share information regarding a report pursuant to Article 16 by that institution within the group, unless otherwise determined by the Financial Intelligence Unit.
Onverminderd artikel 23, eerste lid, deelt een instelling informatie over een melding ingevolge artikel 16 door die instelling binnen de groep, tenzij door de Financiële inlichtingen eenheid anders wordt bepaald.
