Insofar as a recipient exercises a power to use the value indication granted pursuant to a statutory provision, he shall use the value indication as it is recorded in the WOZ basic registration at the time of use.
For any application other than the levying of taxes, the first paragraph shall not apply if the annotation "under investigation" has been placed with the valuation.
Voor zover een afnemer een op grond van een wettelijk voorschrift verleende bevoegdheid tot gebruik van het waardegegeven uitoefent, gebruikt hij het waardegegeven zoals dat ten tijde van het gebruik is opgenomen in de basisregistratie WOZ.
Voor een andere toepassing dan voor de heffing van belastingen geldt het eerste lid niet indien bij het waardegegeven de aantekening «in onderzoek» is geplaatst.
