The Waarderingskamer has a secretariat under the leadership of a secretary. In accordance with Our Minister, the Waarderingskamer shall enter into an employment agreement with the secretary and shall terminate the same.
The secretariat assists the Waarderingskamer in the performance of its duties.
The secretary and the staff of the secretariat shall not simultaneously be a member or an advisory member of the Valuation Chamber (Waarderingskamer).
For the performance of his duties, the secretary is accountable exclusively to the Waarderingskamer.
De Waarderingskamer heeft een secretariaat onder leiding van een secretaris. In overeenstemming met Onze Minister, gaat de Waarderingskamer een arbeidsovereenkomst aan met de secretaris en beëindigt deze.
Het secretariaat staat de Waarderingskamer in haar werkzaamheden bij.
De secretaris en het personeel van het secretariaat zijn niet tevens lid of adviserend lid van de Waarderingskamer.
De secretaris is voor de uitoefening van zijn taak uitsluitend verantwoording schuldig aan de Waarderingskamer.
