This Act applies to the determination, the assessment, and the provision of the value of immovable property situated in the Netherlands for the benefit of customers.
The municipal executive (college van burgemeester en wethouders) is charged with the implementation of this Act, unless the municipal official, as referred to in Article 231, paragraph 2, point (b), of the Municipalities Act (Gemeentewet), is charged with this.
Deze wet geldt bij de bepaling, de vaststelling en de verstrekking van de waarde van in Nederland gelegen onroerende zaken ten behoeve van afnemers.
Het college van burgemeester en wethouders is belast met de uitvoering van deze wet, tenzij de gemeenteambtenaar, bedoeld in artikel 231, tweede lid, onderdeel b, van de Gemeentewet, hiermee is belast.
