The provisions of the preceding chapters shall not apply to the enforcement of custodial sentences imposed by foreign judicial authorities, pursuant to Article 6 of the Act of 7 August 1953 (Stb. 438) approving and implementing the Agreement of 19 June 1951 between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty regarding the Status of their Forces.
De bepalingen van de voorgaande hoofdstukken zijn niet van toepassing op de tenuitvoerlegging van door buitenlandse rechterlijke autoriteiten opgelegde vrijheidsstraf, ingevolge artikel 6 van de Wet van 7 augustus 1953 (Stb. 438), houdende goedkeuring en uitvoering van het Verdrag van Londen van 19 juni 1951 tussen de Staten, die partij zijn bij het Noord-Atlantisch Verdrag, nopens de rechtspositie van hun krijgsmachten.
