If the enforcement of substitute detention must be proceeded with, the public prosecutor shall, with a view to this, submit a claim in accordance with Article 18, unless the court has already determined the duration of the substitute detention pursuant to Article 35, paragraph 7.
Indien tot tenuitvoerlegging van vervangende hechtenis moet worden overgegaan doet de officier van justitie met het oog daarop een vordering overeenkomstig artikel 18, tenzij de rechtbank krachtens artikel 35, zevende lid, de duur van de vervangende hechtenis reeds heeft bepaald.
