Article 25

The clerk of the court shall, without delay, notify the public prosecutor and the convicted person of the time set for the hearing of the petition. In doing so, the convicted person who does not have legal counsel shall be informed of the right to assistance by legal counsel and the right to inspect the case documents, as referred to in Article 64, paragraph 1.
De griffier van de rechtbank doet onverwijld aan de officier van justitie en aan de veroordeelde mededeling van het tijdstip dat voor de behandeling van de vordering is bepaald. Daarbij wordt de veroordeelde die geen raadsman heeft, gewezen op het recht op bijstand van een raadsman en het recht op kennisneming van de processtukken, bedoeld in artikel 64, eerste lid.
