Article 22

If the claim referred to in Article 18 concerns a person as referred to in Article 2 of the Military Criminal Procedure Act, the proceedings shall be conducted, in accordance with the provisions of Article 20, before the military police judge or the military chamber of the court that is competent to exercise jurisdiction over that person pursuant to that Act.
Betreft de in artikel 18 bedoelde vordering een in artikel 2 van de Wet militaire strafrechtspraak bedoelde persoon, dan geschiedt de behandeling daarvan, overeenkomstig het bepaalde in artikel 20, voor de militaire politierechter dan wel de militaire kamer van de rechtbank, die ingevolge die wet bevoegd is over die persoon rechtsmacht uit te oefenen.
