If the notification of decisions pursuant to this Act cannot be effected in the manner provided for in Article 3:41, paragraph 1, of the General Administrative Law Act, it shall be effected by public notification on the plot of land to which the decision relates.
Indien de bekendmaking van beschikkingen op grond van deze wet niet kan geschieden op de wijze als voorzien in artikel 3:41, eerste lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, geschiedt zij door openbare bekendmaking op het perceel waarop de beschikking betrekking heeft.
