Our Minister may dismiss the entire supervisory board of the guarantee facility if, through an act or omission of the board, the guarantee facility acts in violation of the regulations provided by or pursuant to this Act, insofar as these relate to the guarantee facility.
If Our Minister has dismissed the entire supervisory board, he shall appoint new supervisory directors.
Onze Minister kan de voltallige raad van commissarissen van de borgingsvoorziening ontslaan indien door een doen of nalaten van de raad de borgingsvoorziening in strijd handelt met de bij of krachtens deze wet gegeven voorschriften voor zover deze betrekking hebben op de borgingsvoorziening.
Indien Onze Minister de voltallige raad van commissarissen heeft ontslagen, benoemt hij nieuwe commissarissen.
