There is an Advisory Committee for necessary activities of approved institutions (toegelaten instellingen).
The advisory committee for necessary activities has the task, upon the request of an admitted institution, to issue advice to it regarding:
the scope of the activities, mentioned and intended in the provisions of and pursuant to Article 47, paragraph 1, parts (a) through (g), of the approved institution that are necessary for the maintenance of sufficient housing facilities as referred to in Article 47, paragraph 1, parts (b) and (c), in the municipalities where that approved institution is effectively active;
the possibilities for other approved institutions that are effectively active in the same area as referred to in Article 41b, paragraph 2, as the requesting approved institution to continue the necessary activities referred to in part a within a reasonable period; and
the efficiency of maintaining the residential accommodations referred to in point (a).
The advisory committee for necessary activities is authorised to approach persons and institutions directly for the purpose of obtaining information and to request them to provide such cooperation as is reasonably necessary for the preparation of the advice.
Further regulations regarding the structure and working methods of the advisory committee for necessary works shall be provided by or pursuant to an Order in Council, and rules shall be provided regarding the remuneration of the members of the advisory committee for necessary works.
Er is een Adviescommissie noodzakelijke werkzaamheden toegelaten instellingen.
De adviescommissie noodzakelijke werkzaamheden heeft tot taak op verzoek van een toegelaten instelling aan haar advies uit te brengen over:
de omvang van de werkzaamheden, genoemd en bedoeld in het bepaalde bij en krachtens artikel 47, eerste lid, onderdelen a tot en met g, van de toegelaten instelling die noodzakelijk zijn voor het in stand houden van voldoende woongelegenheden als bedoeld in artikel 47, eerste lid, onderdelen b en c, in de gemeenten waar die toegelaten instelling feitelijk werkzaam is;
de mogelijkheden voor andere toegelaten instellingen die feitelijk werkzaam zijn in hetzelfde gebied als bedoeld in artikel 41b, tweede lid, als de verzoekende toegelaten instelling om de in onderdeel a bedoelde noodzakelijke werkzaamheden binnen een redelijke termijn voort te zetten; en
de doelmatigheid van het in stand houden van de in onderdeel a bedoelde woongelegenheden.
De adviescommissie noodzakelijke werkzaamheden is bevoegd zich voor het inwinnen van inlichtingen rechtstreeks te wenden tot personen en instellingen en hen te verzoeken die medewerking te verlenen die redelijkerwijs nodig is voor het opstellen van het advies.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden nadere voorschriften gegeven over de inrichting en werkwijze van de adviescommissie noodzakelijke werkzaamheden, alsmede regels gegeven over de vergoeding van de leden van de adviescommissie noodzakelijke werkzaamheden.
