Resolutions of the management board may be subject to the approval of the supervisory board and the general meeting by or pursuant to the articles of association, insofar as the law does not provide otherwise.
Besluiten van het bestuur kunnen bij of krachtens de statuten worden onderworpen aan de goedkeuring van de raad van commissarissen en de algemene vergadering, voor zover uit de wet niet anders voortvloeit.
