The person to whom a decision as referred to in Article 12d, 13 or 13b, paragraph 2, is addressed, or their legal successor and every subsequent legal successor, is obliged to comply with it.
Degene, tot wie een besluit als bedoeld in artikel 12d, 13 of 13b, tweede lid, is gericht, of zijn rechtsopvolger en iedere verdere rechtsopvolger, is verplicht daaraan te voldoen.
