The admission body may issue a warning to the instrument provider, stating that the shortcomings identified by the admission body in the application of the quality assurance instrument shall be investigated and that the admission body shall be reported to regarding the causes of those shortcomings and the manner in which they are remedied.
In the decision to issue the warning, the accreditation body shall state the period within which the warning must have been complied with.
De toelatingsorganisatie kan de instrumentaanbieder een waarschuwing geven, inhoudende dat door de toelatingsorganisatie geconstateerde tekortkomingen bij de toepassing van het instrument voor kwaliteitsborging worden onderzocht en dat aan de toelatingsorganisatie wordt gerapporteerd over de oorzaken van die tekortkomingen en de wijze waarop deze worden hersteld.
In de beschikking tot het geven van de waarschuwing vermeldt de toelatingsorganisatie de termijn waarbinnen aan de waarschuwing gevolg moet zijn gegeven.
