Article 49c

Upon request, the civil-law notary shall issue certified copies of the European Certificate of Succession, as referred to in Article 188a of Book 4 of the Civil Code, which form part of his protocol.
2.
Article 49a shall apply mutatis mutandis.

De notaris geeft desverlangd van de tot zijn protocol behorende Europese erfrechtverklaringen, bedoeld in artikel 188a van Boek 4 Burgerlijk Wetboek, gewaarmerkte afschriften af.

Artikel 49a is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
