Articles 19, 20, 40 up to and including 42, and 45 shall apply mutatis mutandis to a statement of maintenance (bijhoudingsverklaring) as referred to in Article 46a of the Cadastre Act.
The civil-law notary shall send a copy of the statement of record, as referred to in the first paragraph, to the parties, after having made a notation on the original deed regarding the drawing up of said statement of record, stating the date thereof.
De artikelen 19, 20, 40 tot en met 42, en 45 zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing op een bijhoudingsverklaring als bedoeld in artikel 46a van de Kadasterwet.
De notaris zendt een afschrift van de bijhoudingsverklaring, bedoeld in het eerste lid, aan partijen, nadat hij op de oorspronkelijke akte een aantekening heeft gesteld van het opmaken van die bijhoudingsverklaring onder vermelding van de datum ervan.
