In the event of the imposition of suspension from the exercise of the office, removal from office, suspension as an acting notary from the exercise of the office, or revocation of the appointment as an acting notary, the Chamber for the Notarial Profession shall, after the decision has become irrevocable, notify the notary concerned by registered letter of the date on which the measure takes effect.
In geval van oplegging van schorsing in de uitoefening van het ambt, ontzetting uit het ambt, schorsing als waarnemer in de uitoefening van het ambt of intrekking van de benoeming als waarnemer, deelt de kamer voor het notariaat bij aangetekende brief aan de betrokken notaris, nadat de beslissing onherroepelijk is geworden, de datum mee waarop de maatregel van kracht wordt.
