The decisions of the Chamber for the Notarial Profession (kamer voor het notariaat) shall be reasoned and pronounced in public.
The secretary shall send a copy of the decisions of the chamber by registered letter:
to the civil-law notary, junior civil-law notary or candidate civil-law notary concerned;
to the board of the KNB;
to the board of the Office;
to the complainant, if a decision was taken in response to a complaint as referred to in Article 99.
A copy of the decision shall be sent to the official of the national tax authority referred to in Article 111c.
De beslissingen van de kamer voor het notariaat zijn met redenen omkleed en worden in het openbaar uitgesproken.
De secretaris zendt van de beslissingen van de kamer bij aangetekende brief een afschrift:
aan de betrokken notaris, toegevoegd notaris of kandidaat-notaris;
aan het bestuur van de KNB;
aan het bestuur van het Bureau;
aan de klager, indien werd beslist naar aanleiding van een klacht als bedoeld in artikel 99.
Aan de ambtenaar van de rijksbelastingdienst, bedoeld in artikel 111c, wordt een afschrift van de beslissing gezonden.
