The KNB shall provide for a training programme for candidate civil-law notaries during their traineeship, at the end of which an examination shall be conducted. The training programme shall last for a maximum of three years and shall commence at least twice per year.
Further rules regarding the following subjects concerning the training shall be established by ordinance:
the commencement dates of the training and the subjects to which it relates;
the content of the examination, the manner in which the examination is conducted, and the persons who are authorised to conduct the examination;
the conditions for admission to sit for the examination;
the conditions for obtaining an exemption for certain parts of the examination;
the amount of the course and examination fees and by whom these are to be borne.
De KNB draagt zorg voor een opleiding voor kandidaat-notarissen gedurende de stage, aan het eind waarvan een examen wordt afgenomen. De opleiding duurt ten hoogste drie jaren en neemt ten minste twee maal per jaar een aanvang.
Over de volgende onderwerpen betreffende de opleiding worden bij verordening nadere regels vastgesteld:
de aanvangsdata van de opleiding en de onderwerpen waarop zij betrekking heeft;
de inhoud van het examen, de wijze waarop het examen wordt afgenomen en de personen die bevoegd zijn het examen af te nemen;
de voorwaarden voor de toelating tot het afleggen van het examen;
de voorwaarden voor het verkrijgen van vrijstelling voor bepaalde onderdelen van het examen;
de hoogte van de cursus- en examengelden en te wiens laste deze komen.
