in forceThe exercise of the office of civil-law notary
Provision is made for the performance of the duties of the office of civil-law notary:
in the event of absence or impediment of the civil-law notary;
where the civil-law notary is unable to exercise his office due to illness;
in the event of suspension from the exercise of his office;
in the event of removal from office;
in the event of resignation or establishment outside the district in which his place of business is situated;
in the event of his death.
In de waarneming van het notarisambt wordt voorzien:
in geval van afwezigheid of verhindering van de notaris;
wanneer de notaris niet in staat is zijn ambt uit te oefenen wegens ziekte;
in geval van schorsing in de uitoefening van zijn ambt;
in geval van ontzetting uit zijn ambt;
in geval van ontslag of vestiging buiten het arrondissement waarin zijn vestigingsplaats is gelegen;
in geval van zijn overlijden.
