By regulation of Our Minister, civil-law notaries may be imposed with the obligation to submit a notification to the Bureau if events occur, to be further specified in the regulation, which may have significant adverse consequences for the financial position of a civil-law notary.
Bij regeling van Onze Minister kan aan notarissen de plicht worden opgelegd tot het doen van een melding aan het Bureau indien er zich, in de regeling nader aan te duiden, gebeurtenissen voordoen die aanmerkelijke nadelige gevolgen kunnen hebben voor de financiële positie van een notaris.
