Article 3
in forceDiscrimination is prohibited in:
the offering of a position and the treatment during the filling of a vacancy;
employment mediation;
the entering into and the termination of an employment relationship;
the appointment or dismissal of persons to whom Article 3 of the Public Servants Act 2017 (Ambtenarenwet 2017) applies, and the appointment or dismissal of public servants as referred to in the Public Servants Act BES (Ambtenarenwet BES);
employment conditions;
the provision of education, training and development during or prior to an employment relationship;
the promotion and
working conditions.
Onderscheid is verboden bij:
de aanbieding van een betrekking en de behandeling bij de vervulling van een openstaande betrekking;
de arbeidsbemiddeling;
het aangaan en het beëindigen van een arbeidsverhouding;
het aanstellen of ontslaan van personen, op wie artikel 3 van de Ambtenarenwet 2017 van toepassing is en het aanstellen of ontslaan van ambtenaren als bedoeld in de Ambtenarenwet BES;
de arbeidsvoorwaarden;
het laten volgen van onderwijs, scholing en vorming tijdens of voorafgaand aan een arbeidsverhouding;
de bevordering en
de arbeidsomstandigheden.
